I have countless food and environmental allergies which cause my nasal passages to swell and my skin to itch. I need a host of treatments all-year-round including regular allergy shots, singulair, and a nasal spray. Thank you Pennsylvania weather. I was sad to learn my insurance no longer covered Veramyst and sugggested Qnasl instead. I went on the Qnasl website and watched the short video show...

Easy to use, and that's all.. it made my nose runny all day, then my throat got sore and I got flu like symptoms. . Switched back to flonase and those symptoms went away. It was essentially like taking nothing.

I have done weekly allergy shots for 3+ years and switched to a prescription-only daily tongue drop for 6 months. Not much improvement but the symptoms became worse this early Spring. I went and saw my allergy doc and he recommended Qnasl for my treatment. I was suspicious at first as I had no improvement by all prior prescribed or OTC nasal sprays but this one works like a miracle. I felt I could breathe so much better the first day I used it. I used to sneeze and had a runny nose all year round (no exaggeration) to the point I had to leave work early because my symptoms were so bad that I felt embarrassed working in the quiet office where coworkers on the other side of the floor could hear me sneezing all day and I was having to blow my nose all day and easily used up half a tissue box. The skin under my nose was always raw and looked ugly for frequent nose blowing but there was nothing else I could do about it when I had already exhausted all of the available remedies every single day for years (prescribed tongue drop twice a day x Allegra 24H, x Claritin Clear 24H x OTC nasal spray x then ultimately in the evening, Benadryl that knocked me out) I really do feel like I have a new nose and new life thanks to Qnasl! I love to go hiking and go bird watching but it often made me feel miserable and had to carry tissues in my pockets at all times but now I can do all of these things without feeling miserable all year round! Gardening is the same. I enjoy gardening for the first time in my life without constantly sneezing.Read More Read Less

Tried all sorts of allergy meds and Qnasal was the only medication that helped with severe congestion and sneezing.

Worst design. Less than half way through, you have to try to clean the spray or else incomplete dosage sprayed. It is tricky to clean. The spray is super expensive and NOT worth the money

Overall very satisfied with taking Qnasal. I had extreme allergies. (To the point I'd sneeze at least 20 times in a row). I finally decided to get tested and this is what was prescribed. I started to take this and within a week I noticed I barely had any times where my allergies acted up. I do not always take the recommended 2 sprays a day as 1 spray has been working for me. It relieves my sneezing, watery eyes, itching and overall discomfort and that has made my life so much better.

I first tried a Qnasl sample my family practitioner gave me. It helped my seasonal allergies better than any single allergy medicine I've ever used and I've used them all. The only downside is it's $70 plus with a coupon! When my allergies are raging, Qnasl

Too expensive and ineffective. The ease of use negated by the need to clean the sprayer which is not easy and thus not giving proper dosage. Not worth the money. Only reason still using was my doctor accidentally included the prescription to my mail order that auto shipped.

smells like citrus vodka, in a good way. You dont inhale it in you just hold still and puff it in. I started this week and it was because i did like dymista or flonase hitting my throat. i asked for something 'drier' and the doctor energetically gave me this sample. i am sold!!! I always have nasal fluid at the tip of my nose no matter how much I sniffle, blow, tissue it. I live in austin and its notorious for allergies. The first time I took it it burned like it was working. My nose is always itchy and swollen feeling. This has made my sleep better in just 2 days. im a believer!Read More Read Less

Drug has worked, however, about 1 year ago the inhalers stopped working with an average of 40 doses left.

I have a constantly runny nose so I used Qnasl about 10 hours ago. Upon using it, I immediately felt like I got punched in the nose and it felt like that for an hour. About an hour or two later my sinuses started to burn. Now, 10 hours later, I'm having sever pain above my noses and in my eyes. What is this garbage?! These aren't even listed as side effects. All the nasal steroid manufacturers are so shady that they only list like 3 side effects even though the majority of people have many other unlisted side effects. Don't use this stuff.Read More Read Less

I have been using this for a few years. The product is good to treat my simptoms. The problem I am having is for each canister they stop working when I have ten sprays left. I complained about this to the company. And was told I have to keep the canister upright. I've done this to no avail.

I have severe sinus issues (blockage, inflammation, temperature increase). I was prescribed this by my ENT doctor while he looked for the cause. This seemed ok for the first four days, and the sinus issues started. My nose began to constantly drip and then bleed. My throat started to hurt, and then bleed. For three days my throat bled and my voice gave out. I told the doc when the symptoms started and showed up in his office when I lost my voice. Qnasl was NOT for me!

It has been an awesome help for my season allergy. I've had no side effects. Very impressed. Flonase is like taking nothing for me. I laughed at the doctor, but he sold me on the delivery system. I works great. I am glad I listened to him. Please bring the price down. Even with insurance it is a little insane. The cost is the only reason I would have to look to something else.

QNasl is too strong. I have used NasaCort AQ spray for years as my standby nasal spray and it lost its effectiveness. So the doctor put me on QNasl. I find QNasl VERY effective at reducing inflammation in my sinuses, however, it gets into my system despite claims that it does not. I end up with cleared up sinuses, but it jacks up my hypertension, gives me bad headaches, makes my vision blurry and generally physically sick...except it is great for the actual sinusitis. I have to discontinue using QNasl after about a week on it, I reserve it now for severe sinus flareups only, it feels close to the side effects of oral prednisone, to be honest. Very effective, but lots of side effects that other sprays dont have. And Ive used all of them at one time or another.Read More Read Less

finally something that works fantastic and quick. I have tried so many products and none have worked this well. in addition it does not make me tired or my heart race. i love this. it does sting a little bit when spraying it but goes away in a couple seconds if its your first time using it and your nose is sore.

I took Qnasl after using Flonase for 2 or 3 yeas. I found it to be very effective in maintaining clear nasal passages during the night and day. I really prefer the Qnasl over Flonase. However Blue Shield will not cover Qnasl and it is expensive.

I have chronic sinus infections and severe nasal allergies. I have been on nasonex for a while with relatively okay, but not best results. My ENT decided to have me give me QNASL. So far in the two weeks I've been taking it I have seen no improvement over nasonex, and have experience rashes and itchiness, nausea, bowel disruption, headaches, dizziness, and bloody mucous from the nose when I was not suffering any of these things before. I'm glad it works for some, but it does not seem to work for me (or at least, the benefits do not outweigh the side effects). Pity they can't make Nasonex with a similar delivery system. About the only thing going for the QNASL for me was that it stayed in my sinuses where it belonged for longer. If they could get Nasonex to do that, I'd be set. Read More Read Less
