I suffered for two years from a condition of sticky mucus in my throat that forced me to swallow constantly and I was not able to get rid of. Several doctors were not able to diagnose the problem and treated me with Nexium for GERD, and steroids. Finally I was given Dymista and the symptoms were gone. I feel relief the getting rid of the constant need to swallow.

Every time I take it, I have to sneeze 5-6 times and this stirs up my asthma. After a few hours I do feel better, but I wonder if there are better alts that would allow me to avoid the episode. Also, the taste is awful--eventually it gets to your throat and into your mouth--even if you tilt your head down. Efficacy is good--path to efficacy for me is borderline acceptable.
