I used over the counter nasal sprays for many years and over time my nasal tissue was permanantly swollen. This seems to help without the use of the otc spray. No side effects except it does burn when I first spray it.

does not work, nasty taste, way too complicated to use the "Actuator" Very expensive, I insisted on a sample before I spent my $. First I found the Actuater (spray bottle) ridiculously complicated. I was turned off and annoyed before I even tried the drug. second when I tried the spray it tasted disgusting did not work then 30 minutes later I was more congested that when I started. I read ...

I tried a lot of nasal inhalants before this one and was resistant initially, but my doctor convinced to give this last one a shot - it worked! After about a month of consistent use, I really noticed a difference in swelling and irritation in my nose during ragweed season. You have to take it consistently over time. You won't notice a difference in only a week, so have the right expectations up front and plan ahead.

I used this for 2 years, I have just undergone surgery on my eyes. This product has built up a great deal of pressure in my eyes. I am glad the doctor caught this, before it may have caused blindness. Trust me, I loved this product but there are others out there far less dangerous...

Doesn't really work but I also cannot take for more than a few days. I have tried all the nasal steroid sprays and thought this one would be different since it's an aeresol and less likely to get in bloodstream. I just must be exremely intolerant to all of these because I get very irritated, panicky and anxious. I just can't take any meds that are for my sinuses or allergies even though I need them but just can't handle any of them not even antihistamines either.

After years of sinus pressure, even after sinus surgery, this product finally relieves the headaches and pressure around my eyes. The actuator helps push the medicine far enough into my nasal cavities so that they are finally able to drain properly. I've just renewed my prescription after a month of actually feeling pretty good?

I think this product is very good, but the PRICE is NOT good! I have a drug plan and I still have to pay 25%, which at Wal-Mart Pharmacy is $40.92/mo.

Every time I have used it for more than a day I get these weird extremely painful headaches that float around at the back of my head. I feel like there are some major issues with this drug that will come out in a few years. I'm concerned as this time the headache has hung around for 3 weeks after use and will not go away.

I've been using this nasal allergy treatment for about 3 months. My insurance was a bugger, wanting me to try Veramyst and Flonase first. After proving they didn't work, they approved this drug. The $17 manufacturer coupon is great. I also love the medication. The inhaler type nose thingie was strange at first, but my doctor's nurse went over it a few times and I had many samples to use while waiting my insurance out. Yes, it does burn and sting a bit right when you use it, but I never have any drainage or taste. The tingly feeling lasts on a few seconds. I am using 1 spray in each nose 2 times a day during this awful pollen season along with my Xyzal as needed. I swear by this combo, I'm usually sick with some sort of sinus issue at least once a month, with this combo, I've been 'sick-free' for 3 months. I'm going to stick with it.Read More Read Less

I have been using nasal steroid sprays for many years, mostly Nasonex, which works good. My doctor gave me a sample of Zetonna to try and I have to admit it is amazing this stuff made it on the market. The first time I tried it, the aerosol caused the worst burning sensation in my sinuses that I ever felt. I tried to back it off and spray away from the septum and still I'm having a problem. Then I tried to back it off slightly only to spray it directly into my eye because the spout is too short (not sure what damage that could potentially cause). This shouldn't have been approved by the FDA. Needless to say, I found out Nasacort is OTC and I think I will just go buy some of that.Read More Read Less

My allergist gave me samples of this product to use for my chronic sinusitis. Initially, it worked great, but after a while of using it, I experienced foul tastes and smells, nosebleeds, and eventually the effectiveness of it wore off and it no longer provided relief of my congestion. I would use it and it would work right away, but then after 20-30 minutes, I would be more congested than I was prior to using it, and I would develop horrible sinus infections as a result. So, now I'm back to taking Cetirizine daily, and Sudafed whenever I get congested. No more decongestant sprays for me.Read More Read Less

This is the best nasal spray I have used. I have been through the array of sprays, and none has been as effective for my non-allergic rhinitis as this one. The other sprays all caused major drainage, leading to sore throats. I do not get a sore throat with this product. It certainly does burn when you spray it in, but it is completely worth it to me for the amount of relief it brings. I only wish it cost less. Without insurance it is about $100 a month.

I have used many OTC nasal sprays that have a very shortlived effectiveness. Used daily this nasal spray lasts all day.

This medication burns terribly when I use it. It makes my eyes water from the burning sensation in my nose. I have tried various different distances and angels to no avail. I dont know how much longer I will be able to tolerate it. I thought it might go away after a few uses but it is awful every time. I have followed all of the directions and even gone back to have my doctor watch me to ensure i was administering it correctly. Yikes! It is painful!

Before using zetonna nasl, I would often get sick. After using it for a few months I felt a lot better. Only complaints I really have is how it dries you up and you have to squirt it up your nose. I can now breathe easier, I don't get sick as often, and my sinuses rarely feel clogged.

Zetonna was given to me for a cough by a lung physician after I told him I did NOT want to take a STEROID and this medicine IS a corticosteroid. The spray made nostrils smart and sneeze. It was after I read ALL the tiny wordings that I discovered he did NOT HEED my request for NO STEROIDS. His Diagnosis was an UNTREATABLE VIRUS. I have a COUGH and no allergic symptoms as medicine states it is but he was giving me a PLACEBO. He also gave me ZYRTEC another allergy medication which I DID NOT TAKE. I went home and started myself on 1000mg of VITAMIN C and I am feeling better with each day. He is off my list. WHO'D a THUNK??? To yourself be true...Read More Read Less

Morning after my first two sprays. I woke up with a red rash on my thigh. tried again 3 days later and woke up with a 2 large rashes on my face which continued to progress over a weeks time. two visits to my primary physician. With no relief from antihistamines Eventually swollen eye and a visit to the ER is where I found my relief with Prednisone (a steroid ) This may not happen to everyone. but my advise is to just be careful. and pay attention to any rashes that follow. Test it first take one dose and wait a couple days before your next one. Pay attention to any new. Strangely with all of that to the side my nose did feel great ! Can't win for loosing.Read More Read Less

It has worked so far, only been 4 days. What worries me is the spraying on the septum causing a hole which wouldn't be good, according to their instructions.

This is definitely helpful in relieving my chronic sinusitis without any adverse side effects. I find it relieves any headache rather than causing one as one reviewer experienced. I used one canister at the same time everyday then my Dr said to use when needed. I still need it every day and I am well into my second canister. I find when using the symtoms are relieved immediately. I am hoping though that I will not have to remain on this indefinitely.
