I take six pills twice a day and no food one hour before and after. I am exhausted and have sharp pain on occasion - abdominal and back. My CA125 has dropped significantly in just three months. We are hopeful for a remission. I'm feeling better than I have in two years!

I have only taken Lynparza for a week. I must admit, the Lynpaza people seem very attentive. The problem: I have body and muscular aches with which I could cope were I not a chronic migraine suffferer. I have add daily migraines for over 20 years. Add to this these new pains caused by Lynparza and I don't have a life. It's pain + pain + pain, and this, after losing my husband. I'd rather not tak...

I had Stage 3 c Ovarian cancer and completed 6 rounds of chemotherapy with surgery for total hysterectomy after the 4th round. I also received 3 doses of Avastin along with Chemo. I was in remission, but was encouraged to take the Lynparza and continue with every 3 week infusions of Avastin I started the Lynparza the first week of December 2022. My hgb gas improved to 11 and my Hct is 32. My platelets hover around 110. My CA 125 has been 16 since July of 2022 and remains there. I have experienced muscle and joint pain and fatigue. I continue to work full-time, but am fortunate to be able to work from home. My last labs showed a huge increase in my liver enzymes. My ALT went from 16 to 35 in one month, and my AST skyrocketed to 116 from 21. The AST:ALT ratio was 3.3 meaning severe liver damage likened to cirrhosis. I am not a drunker. I had a few alcoholic beverages over the holidays for the first time in 10 months. Maybe average of 2 drinks/ week over 5 weeks. I stopped taking Lynparza upon learning this. I experienced severe fatigue just before learning of the abnormal values and it's been a week now and still pretty fatigued, achey and with a headache. Staying off Lynparza until my next Avastin infusion and labs. Not sure I'll be able to restart. I was only taking 150mg twice/day ( 1 pill). Read More Read Less

I'd rather not take the treatment and have a better quality of life, even if I spend less time on this earth. I'll spend quality time with my new granddaughter, with family and friends, with my dog and my writing.Read More Read Less

Put my daughter in remission for a year and a half. Unfortunately she developed AML from it and passed away this month. Pay extreme attention to your blood counts over time. Transfusions being necessary frequently may mean your body can't handle this medication.

I have been on Lynparza for almost 3 months ,I have had many side effects in the beginning that made me almost give up ,but after a couple weeks I got used to it ,mostly physical exhaustion and depression ..but I am continued to be tumor free after ovarian 3 c ,so I will continue as long as it doesnâ??t prevent all quality of life presently

Prescribed Lynparza after my first-line IV/IP chemo failed to achieve remission. After 10 weeks on Lynparza I was in remission and have remained so for 1 year so far. I was originally prescribed 400 mg (8 pills) twice per day. After experiencing some severe anemia, the dose was cut in half...all good since then.
