This product tastes awful and has a thick, syrupy texture. However, the flavor packet and chilling it helps. Drinking with a straw way back in your mouth really helps too, so you don't taste it too much. You might get chills from it, but then again, you're drinking 64 ounces of ice water in 2 hours. It really empties your bowels effectively. I had a very good colonoscopy as a result and a benign polyp was found. I've lost friends to colon cancer, so the alternative to not doing this is much worse! Suck it up and do it once every 10 years.Read More Read Less

I used this solution last night. After following directions to drink it, I became dizzy and weak. This was followed by 3 hours of nausea shaking, and vomiting. My colonoscopy has been cancelled.. I will never use this product again. Users beware!!!!!!

The worst prep in the world ! Horrible texture, taste, etc. And a gallon in 4 hours.....ABSURD

Torture!

I will never use this again. I had severe abdominal cramps, vomiting, and had to be transported to the hospital in shock. I may have had an allergic reaction. My colonoscopy had to be postponed.

this treatment is awsome. I love drugs.

It didn't matter how cold it was, the stuff was still horrible! The flavor packets would not mix into the liquid. The flavor formed a glob in the bottom of the cup I had to soak overnight, and scrape to remove! Hope I never have to see a container of this stuff again!

Dr. said that I was very well cleaned out! However, four days later (as of this writing) I still am not feeling well--feel like I have been poisoned. Mouth burning, cannot taste well, no appetie, tongue feels thick, throat tight and sore, and stomach and intestines burn. I have been drinking lots of water and eating small bland meals. Experience gurlging, growling, and burping. Both the pharmacy and doctor's office were contacted and neither has heard of this problem and would not offer any help. Husband suggested taking Pepto-Bismo which may be helping some. Hope there is no lasting harm from this product for me.Read More Read Less

Colyte,even with the flavor pack,is very salty. It does not matter how cold the drink is or if you drink it through a straw. I had a very bad full feeling almost feeling as if the colyte was going to come back up my throat.
