Im in Australia, the home of everything in the environment that will cause allergies. I have suffered from hay fever for many years, along with nasal congestion and mucous buildup in my lungs and sinus’s overnight resulting coughing, blocked airways etc in the morning, which also contributes to snoring during the night. I constantly woke up feeling unwell and unrested. Since taking Desinex (desloratadine) my life has changed drastically. I sleep well, wake up feeling great and energetic with no mucous build up issues or other negative impacts. My wife has had a persistent cough for months and after she started taking it her cough has disappeared. Seems to have other positive benefits for me also. Reduced inflammation. Excellent and couldn’t be happier.Read More Read Less

This is not very effective (or could say not effective) against my Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria. My doctor told me that this was the best medication I could get for my condition. However, it doesn’t help by reducing the stinging and itchiness feeling which obstructs my daily living and work capability. I believe my condition is triggered by emotional and psychological matters. Not from allergy triggers. I have even tried Xolair injection for 4 times with highest permitted dosage, doesn’t even help. I guess this is the pain that I need to carry with me in long term. I have stinging and itchiness feeling at my arms, hands, chest, some area of my leg and back (upper). The skin feels warm, with red tiny rashes and areas of redness (mild) spread across areas with stinging and itchy feeling. The best way to relief is by lying down on a cool surface and rest my mind (by not thinking about anything and remain positive- negativity worsens the symptoms). Camomile lotion does not help too. I'm suffering from sinusitis with supr( nasal polyp) this medicine is working like magic. Since I started this medicine , all my congestion and running nose has subsided. The only side effect I witnessed is sleepiness and shortness of breath ( some times) I'm taking this along with montelukast fexofenadine. Feeling much better now!

This pill is awesome!! I have allergies all year round. More so in the summer, Spring and fall. I am so happy to find a medication that my insurance will pay for. I just cannot afford the over the counter pills. My allergies seam to get worse and more worse every year. Thanks for making this tiny pill that does such a HUGE job for me. =)

I had very little relief from over the counter allergy medications but Clarinex made the difference. Great relief from Phoenix allergies.
