Very effective for stuff nose .it really worked very well for me. The only Big challenge it's side effect when it comes to Sleeping. Insomnia. I can't sleep ??.

This medication seems to open my nasal passage , causing my sinus to drain even more. I was expecting it to dry up the drainage.

When Claritin-D first came out, it worked really well for me except than I couldn't take it after 9:30 in the morning if I wanted to sleep that night. However, if it is possible to become immune to an antihistamine (which isn't mentioned on the package), I am now immune to Claritin-D. In my desperation to breathe through my nose, I have taken it and received no relief, literally breathing through my mouth for days on end. I might as well be taking placebos.Read More Read Less

I took one for cold symptoms - it unclogged my nose but made me feel horrible. I felt tired and weak, like I was in a fog, and my heart was constantly pounding. I'd rather deal with the cold, I'm never taking this again.
