THIS IS THE BEST MEDICINE I HAVE FOUND FOR MY ABDOMEN PAIN. I'VE HAD 7 SURGERIES ON MY LOWER ABDOMEN FOR DIFFERENT PROBLEMS AND WITHOUT AVINZA I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FUNCTION.

This is the best drug for fighting my cronic pain.Must not abuse it thou,or it will make you a junkie.

The use for treatment doesn't compare as effective as previous drugs that I have taken in the past for my rare disease

i have severe back pain for more than 10 yrs. i go to a pain clinic now and this is the second drug they put me on. i really don't think it works. it is very expensive and if i tell them it dos'ent work they take it and flush it, and try something new. when they know your condition why expermint, go for something that works well with the kind of pain u have they no, it's nothing but a run around when your dr. cant treat you you have to go to a pain center. i am tired of them all a big rip off on us and the insurance company.Read More Read Less

i have fast heart beat

I have sever fibromyaliga and the pain is constant. The Avinza has helped so much, to the point of making my life a little more comfortable

after one week of use of this drug i have had little if any relief of pain why i was put on a time release med i will never understand since just getting out of bed is aggonizingiam on 30 mg .if you need fast acting this is notttt

I have found, in dealing with chrinic pain Avinza was best at helping to manage my pain. And in turn, my dayliy life became less painful making it easier, to cope and live life.

i take 60mg per day .I have been on the same dose for a year. The effectiveness just is not there for effectively managing chronic conditions. My doctor is afraid to change the dose because I weigh 103. He says there are not any other options for me. So I suppose I am,at 38 years old, doomed to suffer for the rest of my life.

I have RSDS which causes constant intense pain. The only way I know that this medicine is in my system is due to the drowsiness I feel.

The only thing I worry about is when I might need to stop using this choice of medication. As when I've forgotten to take my medication (Fallen alseep watching tv) and going to bed without it. I'm not a pretty sight in the morning. I'm shaky, irritable and feel like my body is turning inside out. If you do take this medication, be sure to take it at the same time each night withing 3-4 hours. If you forget take it once you remember, and take again at regular time.

I have a problem with my knee to which has to be replaced. And also trouble with my neck an d lower back. Since none of the previous pain medications didn't work and I was put on Avinza Oral. I think if I didn't get this drug, I would have been hospitalized just to control severity of my pain levels.

I have been taking high doses of Avinza for about 3 years for fibromyalgia. It isn't a miracle drug, but it has worked better than anything else I've tried - and I've tried a lot! It's very expensive and hard to find, but worth the trouble.

Avinza is hard to find, cost a lot and does not work as well as other around the clock pain medicines

made me sick to my stomach

I have had disabilitating fibromyalgia for ten years. After two years on Avinza, I am returning to Work part-time. What an incredible thing! My physician has combined this medicine with a breakthrough pain reliever (vicodin), a sleeping aid (Lunesta) and exercise. In the past, my physician and I have tried many different drugs and different drug combinations to treat my fibromyalgia and finally this is the one that works for me. I have not increased my dosage during the entire two years!

medication did not last the 24 hours as prescribed. Made me feel sick when first taken.
