I have only been on this medication for three days but have NEVER been able to take NSAIDS because of chronic gastritis. This medicine has relieved my pain in my knees and my neck and has not upset my stomach at all so far. Hope it continues to work this well.

I've been on NSAIDS for 38 years, have had bleeding ulcers off and on with them all. Have taken stomach meds to offset the NSAIDs with success. Went on Arthrotec for 2 weeks, has really helped the overall joint and back pain however the bloating, lower abdominal cramps, loose stools and pain in the kidney region are becomeing intolerable. Going back to my MD to see what we can try next. I can't s...

It stopped the arthritis pain in m joints by about 75%. I had no side effects to the drug. I took it along with a mild pain medication called Narco for the pain in my hip from surgery.

It took 3 full weeks of use and then I was miraculously w/o pain - only problem was my mouth and tongue felt like they had been scalded with very hot fluid so I had to go off. Newest drug, Skelaxin, is expensive and causes extreme sleepiness with no pain relief so far - can't win!

I take this for my arthritis. I have been taking it for 5 years. I have no side effects. One tablet decreases my arthritis for 24 - 36 hours. I wonder why it isn't prescribed more,

I'm a 26 year old male with two bad knees due to obesity all my life. I've had stiffness, pain, and an unstable right knee for years now. Nothing has worked until now. Within my first two doses, I was walking without my limp and going up the stairs in my home normal, rather than slowly going one step at a time like before. I get an upset stomach here and there but that's a fair trade for mobility that I haven't had for 10 years. I love it.

I had immediate relief after the first two days. My knee has no pain or discomfort. Only negative reaction was stomach pain and severe bloating and gas with every dose and every meal. Not sure if this is from the medication.

Have been taking Arthrotec 50 for three years now. Could not believe the amount of pain relief experienced after about a week and this has continued. No side effects at all for me. A wonder drug as far as I'm concerned.
