Do you have any of the following symptoms that require emergency treatment? Call 911 or other emergency services immediately.

  • Signs of shock, such as rapid breathing, clammy skin, weakness, or a feeling that you are about to pass out
  • Severe scrotal pain and swelling that lasts longer than 1 hour
  • Painful erection (priapism) for longer than 4 hours
  • Amputation of penis
